She truly was a "Gem!" Intelligent, bidable and easy to train, silly, creative, willing and eager to play any game ... field, obedience, tracking ... its all FUN to Gem! When we're not playing training games, give her any toy and she could invent a game to play with it!
Gem's competition career got off to a fine start as she easily earned her WC in April 2009. Gem earned her TD on her first try at the 2009 GRCA National Specialty. She earned her Junior Hunter title spring 2010 in four straight passes. With the fall 2010 hunting season, Gem began to get her first real hunting experience.
After one litter, Gem retired from our breeding program to a new home where she was adored and loved .
